StreamRev Credentialing was founded with the mission to protect and increase revenue for our clients. In 2014, our founder, Jade Gianakopoulos, started StreamRev as a medical billing company.
Throughout the years, a core need was found for expert credentialing for our clients. As the need continued to increase, we recognized that credentialing, contracting and consulting for medical facilities and practices was the best way that we could serve our clients. In 2021, our organization rebranded as StreamRev Credentialing.
Through our team’s combined experience, we know that credentialing is the foundation of optimum revenue for healthcare entities and providers. However, it is increasingly more difficult and time consuming to handle credentialing and contracting-related tasks with insurances and hospitals.
By entrusting us with your credentialing, you drastically decrease the amount of time you have to spend on paperwork and can get back to what really matters.
Our Mission

We help healthcare providers and facilities such as surgical centers get paid what they deserve, and avoid leaving money on the table! StreamRev Credentialing also lightens the paperwork burden overall for medical providers since we handle everything insurance related (except for claims, clinical, billing or other non-credentialing related tasks).
Our Vision
StreamRev Credentialing is a professional team of credentialing and contracting experts. Our clients are hospitals, surgical centers, healthcare providers and groups, behavioral health experts, and more. We handle all credentialing and contracting for entities and individual providers or groups. This process takes a noticeable size of the paperwork burden and headache away from the healthcare providers so that they may spend that extra time caring for patients or being at home with family.

Our Team
Jade Gianakopoulos
CEO & Founder
Jade has over a decade of experience in credentialing. Previously, she worked in medical billing and saw the need for professional credentialing companies. She decided to achieve certification in credentialing and started taking on clients. Jade is passionate about helping her clients get the most out of their credentialing without having the headache of paperwork.
When not serving our clients, Jade enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their dog, Finn the Siberian Husky. Jade graduated from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio and also holds a second degree blackbelt in mixed martial arts. She is active in her community through various volunteering opportunities and she also has a passion for mountain bike racing and spending time out on the water.

StreamRev Credentialing is a team of specialists that are all in-house. Our team serves clients in almost every state in the USA, and in almost every specialty of the medical world. We take difficult or challenging credentialing and contracting situations and we make them right.
Lauren Spicer
General Manager
Originally born and raised in Newark, Ohio, Lauren made her way over to Columbus and graduated with her Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University. While studying, she was able to work in one of Ohio State’s medical research lab suppliers giving Lauren her first insights into the medical field industry. Since then, she has experienced working in a few different areas.
Shortly after graduating, Lauren decided to work for her sister, Jade Gianakopoulos, under the StreamRev name. During that period, she was focused primarily on medical coding and billing. Around the same time Lauren had picked up interest in the health insurance field and made the decision to get her agent license.
Since then, Lauren has been able to strengthen her knowledge of working with insurance providers. Her position with StreamRev eventually shifted to specialize in medical credentialing. Lauren is a VIP in the StreamRev Credentialing family.
When not working for our clients, you can most likely find Lauren on the tennis court or throwing a ball for her two dogs, Roxy and Strax.
Alyse Leventhal
Credentialing Specialist
Alyse is a credentialing specialist for StreamRev. She loves working with her team at StreamRev. When she is away from the phone and computer, she loves going on dog walks with Charley, paddle boarding and creating any type of art.

Lauren Jacobson, RN, BSN
Credentialing Specialist
Lauren has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. With three years of comprehensive experience working as a Registered Nurse, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
In her leisure time, Lauren enjoys time with her husband and their two rescue chiweenies. She is an avid reader and loves a good cup of coffee.
Esther Huckaby
Credentialing Specialist
Esther pursued a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas in Arlington, driven by a passion for serving people. Her career has primarily been in the non-profit sector, specializing in supporting individuals through pregnancy and connecting them with vital resources. She thrives on identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and create user-friendly solutions. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys adventuring with her husband and two children.
Kayla Jones
Credentialing Specialist
Kayla graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science and worked in social work for several years before joining the StreamRev team in March, 2026. Kayla is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two daughters and two cats together. When Kayla is not working, you can find her spending time with her family, friends, or church community. Some of Kayla’s hobbies include exploring new coffee shops, thrifting, and baking.
Finn Gianakopoulos
Executive Assistant to the CEO of StreamRev
When he is not busy supervising the CEO, or arranging her schedule, or being overly chatty, he loves eating salmon, hiking on trails, going to the dog park, rolling in sand or snow, staying cool, napping, and talking to humans. Most of all, Finn enjoys making new friends (especially humans who are willing to pet him and listen to what he has to say). He was named after Star Wars storm trooper FN-2817 (aka “Finn”). Finn is the MVP of StreamRev Credentialing.
